PRE-CONFERENCE TRAINING

 This year’s pre-conference seminar will feature Sean Traacy (NFPA Canadian Regional Director) speaking on the topic of Industrial Fire Fighting. The presentation will take place in Evraz Place (Salons B & C) on Thursday, April 17, 2010 from 13:00 to 15:00. Registration is not required.

CALL FOR RESOLUTIONS FOR THE 2010 SAFC CONFERENCE

The SAFC Board of Directors relies in on the members of the association to participate in improving the state of the fire service in our province. This is accomplished in part by the 'bringing forward of resolutions' at our annual conference.

Therefore the SAFC Board of Directors is calling on its members to identify areas of the fire service that need action and would benefit by the process of a membership supported resolution.
